課程概述

This course is intended for students with an advanced level of English proficiency. The class is intended to guide students through the entire oral presentation process and will focus on how to give different kinds of presentations. A communicative teaching method will be used in the class.

課程目標
By the end of the course students will develop their speaking skills and feel more confident about preparing and giving an oral presentation and speaking English in front of an audience.
課程要求
Students are expected to actively participate in class and group discussions and will be asked to do presentations in class. Students will be required to do a total of five presentations during the course. Two of the presentations will count as your mid-term and final exams. The presentations should be 3-5 minutes long. There will be no written exam for the course but students are expected to hand in an outline of their speaking notes for the mid-term and final exam presentations.
